This weekend it was back to some club racing for some of the RCPB team, at East Shrewsbury we had team boss Matt Box, Si Davies, Gary Gregory and Rich Price.(all pictured above) Matt had a fantastic day with his Ielasi Tuned powered Kyosho Mp9, he qualified 5th in a decent field of over 30 racers. Another Bank holiday weekend means only one thing for the RCPB gang, More racing, and the gang were out all over the country enjoying the great British weather. This weekend RCPB were once again out in force up and down the UK, in lots of events/scales and series. In the Short Course Nationals we had Jamie Hall who had a storming Day and took 2nd overall in both 2wd and 4wd. A stunning drive by the youngster in both classes, to take 2nd on the podium 2x. Jamie is rapidly becoming a top driver for the team with his brother and this year has started brilliantly. This weekend saw the Popular Nitro X Cross Winter series at the Ledbury Astro Track. Although there was persistent rain all week, Nathan Powney and the crew did a fantastic job of getting the track in a race-able condition and even entertained the campers with fireworks on the Saturday evening. This weekend was Rd 5 and the last round of the 2015 Ralleycross Nationals, held at Slough. The team arrived safe and sound on Friday night and were full of enthusiasm for the weekend ahead. The Teams representatives at Slough were Team Boss Matt Box and fellow Radiosistemi RR8 driver Gary Gregory, Ben Billing and Alex Page both driving the Mugen MBX7r. Saturday morning and the weather is overcast and the track looks good, with a slight change in the layout of the right-hand side jumps and back section since the previous national back here at the beginning of the summer....
