SkyRC Digital Ride Height Gauge 2–38mm (SK-500049)
Turn ride height from guesswork into data. The SkyRC Digital Ride Height Gauge delivers 0.1mm precision across a 2–38mm range, giving you fast, repeatable measurements at all four corners of your car — so every adjustment is intentional and every setup change is based on numbers, not feel.
Ride height affects CG, corner balance, and overall grip. A couple of tenths of a millimetre can be the difference between a calm, consistent chassis and one that pushes, traction rolls easier on one side, or changes character as tyres wear. This gauge removes the uncertainty.
Key Features
- 0.1mm resolution — accuracy of ±0.3mm (2–20mm range) and ±0.5mm (>20mm)
- 2mm flat measuring blade — slim profile reaches tight chassis areas that standard round rods cannot access, with minimal flex for stable readings
- 180° display rotation — one button press flips the readout so you can read it from either side of the car without moving anything
- mm/inch switching — works in whatever unit your setup sheet uses
- Guided multi-point calibration — verifies at 2mm, 10mm, and 20mm using the included calibration block, stepping through each point automatically
- MCU-powered algorithm — stable, reliable readings from a purpose-built microcontroller, not a generic chip
- Universal compatibility — works with 1/24, 1/14, 1/12, 1/10, and 1/8 scale RC cars
- Dedicated storage case — custom slots protect the gauge and calibration block between sessions
- Auto power-off — shuts down after 5 minutes to preserve battery life
How to Use
- Place the car on a flat setup board with race-ready weight (driver, fuel, tyres)
- Measure ride height at your designated reference point at each corner
- Adjust preload or suspension links until left/right match and front/rear hit your target values
